These terms govern your access to and use of the Nutricision platform, including all agronomic analysis tools, soil data reports, and precision crop nutrition recommendations. By using this service, you agree to the conditions below.
Nutricision provides agronomic soil science, precision crop nutrition evaluation, and sustainable land management guidance for commercial farming estates. Our services include chemical-physical soil analysis, crop mineral requirement assessment, and ecological irrigation schedule design. We do not provide human diet plans, wellness nutrition advice, or clinical supplement sales.
You are responsible for providing accurate field data, including soil sample locations, crop history, and irrigation records. You must not misuse the platform to generate recommendations for non-agricultural purposes. Any attempt to reverse-engineer our analytical models or redistribute proprietary data is prohibited.
Nutricision provides recommendations based on the data you submit and publicly available agronomic research. We do not guarantee specific crop yields or financial outcomes. Our liability is limited to the value of the subscription or service fee paid in the twelve months preceding a claim. We are not liable for indirect damages, including loss of crops, soil degradation, or environmental penalties resulting from implementation of our recommendations.
All soil analysis methodologies, algorithms, reports, and platform content are owned by Nutricision or its licensors. You may not reproduce, modify, or distribute our materials without prior written consent. You retain ownership of the raw field data you upload.
We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms or use the platform for unauthorized purposes. Upon termination, your right to access reports and tools ceases immediately. Sections on liability, intellectual property, and governing law survive termination.
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice on the platform. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
